EVENT PREP/INFO
SERVICES & OTHER INFO
GUESTS
You are welcome to bring guests to watch the event. Children are allowed but must be supervised by an adult at all times. Bicycles and scooters are not permitted for anyone under the age of 18. In accordance with COTA's rules, pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Your guests can view the event from the grandstands, accessible via the loft where the driver's meeting was held. The Turn 3 bridge is also typically available for viewing, offering a fantastic perspective of Turn 1 through the esses.
FOOD AT THE TRACK
The COTA café (or food truck) will be open for lunch from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, typically offering a taco truck and a burger truck. Be sure to bring snacks and plenty of water for yourself and your guests.
WHERE TO STAY
For those of you traveling long distances to our event, overnight spots in the paddock are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and please note that your camper trailer must be self-sufficient, as there are no hookups provided. Alternatively, hotels at the airport offer another convenient option for accommodations if you prefer not to camp at the track.
PHOTOGRAPHY
You and your guests are welcome to take photos from the grandstands, bridges, paddock, and garages during the event. However, only our official photographers, D. Gillen and Photo Motion are authorized to take photos on the track. After the event, you can browse and purchase their professional shots through their websites.
Please note, in compliance with COTA regulations, drones are strictly prohibited at all times.
