The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

 

Consumer Agreement

By clicking, i agree to the following:

- I accept responsibility for the working order of my vehicle and to perform the pre-event inspection prior to the event, the inspection form is available under the documents tab at edgeaddicts.com. If any aspect of your car is deemed improperly prepared you will not be allowed to drive and no refund will be given.

-  Drivers are required to sign a release of liability waiver at the track prior to registration.

- Drivers accept financial responsibility for any damages they may cause to the track surface, safety barriers, paddock, garages, any other property at the event, and all associated costs. Driver agrees that there shall be no refunds or credits guaranteed. 

- Edge Addicts HPDEs are for drivers who want to improve their performance driving skills. By registering for this event i agree to work with an Edge Addicts instructor, or private (Edge Addicts approved) coach, throughout the event.

- I agree to follow all the rules. If you are unsure of our rules please email karen@edgeaddicts.com prior to completing your registration. 

- I understand all open wheel cars must be approved in advance, even if they have previously registered and been allowed to participate. If i do not get pre-approval, and am not allowed to drive at the event i understand no refund or credit will be given.

- All drivers must be over the age of 18

- Trucks or SUV's of any type are not allowed. If i register with a truck or an SUV, and I am not allowed to drive at the event, I understand no refund or credit will be given.

- I understand that if I register with a convertible, I ensure that the car has factory rollover protection or an aftermarket roll bar will be installed prior to the event. 

 

Sales Tax

Edge Addicts charges sales tax for items ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate. While, education is exempt from Texas sales tax, entertainment and parking is not. If you reserve a garage space a portion of that fee will be subject to Texas Sales Tax. We do not allow drivers to attend the event and circumvent the educational aspects. You are expected to attend all driver meetings and to work with an Edge Addicts Instructor or Private (Edge Addicts approved) coach thoughout the event.
